In this section, you'll spend the first two weeks of your journey setting up a strong foundation for your business. 

You will identify your target customer and their pain points, identify your core offer, and outline your offer so that everything we do in the future weeks and months will flow nicely to the offer. "Start with the end in mind."

"Strategic Lead Capture"

In this section of the roadmap, we are going to brainstorm and develop a strategic lead map to capture your ideal customer and get them onto your email list. 

You will learn how to setup the technical aspects (forms and landing pages), how to create a high converting lead magnet and how and where to put it on your website. 

"Lead Nurturing & List Building"

Now that you've developed a high converting lead magnet, we need to setup the systems to nurture those new leads. You'll write a welcome email and a welcome email sequence. You'll learn how to setup the technical aspects of an auto responder series (with tutorials). 

You'll also gain access to the "Promo Library", which includes dozens of full courses and mini trainings on methods and strategies you can use to promote your lead magnet and your blog posts so that you can drive targeted traffic to your site and email list. 

Example topics covered in the promo library include how to guest post (full course), how to host a webinar (full course), how to leverage Pinterest (full course), how to host a giveaway, etc.

"Product Creation & Development"

This is when you'll learn how to actually create your digital product, what tools to use, how to setup a sales page, what payment gateways to use, how to price your product, how to organize your product, how to develop a strong selling strategy and message around your core offer, etc. 

"Pre Launch Buzz Building"

You'll learn how to actually plan out your launch ahead of time. This includes building "buzz" before hand to pique your target customer's interesting, and planning out the actual launch calendar (social media posts, emails, etc.)

When launches fail, it's often because people skipped this step!

"Launch Your Product!"

You'll actually be able to launch your product during the program. This pit stop includes lessons on how to "survive" a launch, how to "fix" a launch that isn't going so well, how to "ramp up" your launch and other useful launch-time lessons you may need to dive into. 

You'll also learn how to turn your live launch into an evergreen launch. And you'll learn how to create a  tripwire offer to start converting more of your email subscribers into customers quicker and start making sales on auto pilot. 

RBU will take you between 5-10 hours of work per week, more or less given how efficient you are with your time management. The cool thing is, the time you put in within the program will ACTUALLY move you forward in your business. No more spinning your wheels wondering if you're spending time on the right stuff. The roadmap in the membership has you covered.

All of the content is broken up into phases depending on what part of the "roadmap" you're in. The actual learning material is delivered in video recordings and a series of fillable/printable workbooks.
